The School is our creative space and a union of masters in their field. A special value for each of our employees is the opportunity to create, to have one’s own perspective on the individual as a whole and the psychotherapeutic process with them. At the same time, we share a common ideology, a conceptual approach to work, an internal professional code, and shared values.
Despite a high degree of autonomy for each of us (even geographically, since many team members live in different cities), we are all part of a single field where everyone has the opportunity, if they wish, to implement their projects, custom-designed programs, and creative ideas. This provides room for personal experimentation and the security of professional feedback.

Question-answer
There is the so called the ‘paradox of change’ which means that even if you do nothing at all and simply remain present in the program, you will still change. However, if you want significant transformation, then your motivation, willpower, and time invested will directly lead you to results and goals. On our part, we fully support and facilitate this process.
If a partner doesn’t want to participate in the program, meaningful changes will still take place through the partner who attends. However, if the other partner actively resists any change — in themselves or in the relationship — then no positive outcome should be expected. In that case, I have a question to ask: Why stay with someone who doesn’t want a healthier, more successful marriage or partnership?
